Jennifer Kane brings 11 years of banking experience and a wealth of volunteer service to her position on the Kettering Board of Education. She served as an assistant vice president with Provident Bank in Cincinnati and a retail banking senior managing officer with Bank One in Dayton.
Kane’s past community/volunteer experience has included service as president and a member of the executive board of Junior League of Dayton and president of the Southdale Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization. She currently serves as a parent representative from Van Buren Middle School on the district’s Instructional Services Council and served as one of the tri-chairs of the Citizens for Kettering City Schools November 2013 levy campaign.
A 2009 graduate of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Dayton, Kane earned her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and studied French business practices and culture at the Centre d-Etudes Francaises in Avignon, France.
Kane and her husband, Dan, have three children who attend Van Buren Middle School.
