  H1N1 Information
This county wide vaccination campaign is being offered to students in all area districts and has been identified by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as an important step toward protecting our children from this potentially serious disease.

The Kettering City School District's school nurses will begin administering the H1N1 Flu Vaccine in late October. Per CDC recommendations, children nine years of age and younger will receive two doses of the vaccine. It is anticipated that the district will complete all vaccinations by the start of Winter Break.

Please see below for additional information about the H1N1 Vaccine, copies of letters from the district and the county that will be sent to all parents and a sample of the consent form that will need to be completed and signed prior to the administration of the vaccine to any student.

Parents will begin receiving informational packets the week of October 12. The packets will include the documents below, as well as the date of each school's H1N1 Vaccine Clinic.
