This course focuses on personal health with emphasis on health-related fitness in a social setting. Students will work on exercise, cardiovascular, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Students engage in fitness activities based on their fitness level. A variety of fitness, skills, individual, and field activities will promote the development of lifetime fitness leisure skills. Juniors and Seniors only. This course can be repeated. Games played during course: Softball/Wiffleball, Badminton, Volleyball, Tennis, Floor Hockey, Indoor Soccer, Cornhole, Ping Pong, and golf.
