This course focuses on personal health with emphasis on health-related fitness in a social setting. Students will work on exercise, cardiovascular, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Students engage in fitness activities based on their fitness level. A variety of fitness, skills, individual, and field activities will promote the development of lifetime fitness leisure skills. Juniors and Seniors only. This course can be repeated. Games that will be played: Softball/Wiffleball, Badminton, Volleyball, Tennis, Floor Hockey, Indoor Soccer, Cornhole, Ping Pong, and golf.
