Hello! My name is Diane DuVal. Welcome to my website! I have been teaching music in Kettering for 27 years! I love teaching the children at Orchard Park and have enjoyed being there for 21 years! I especially enjoy directing our annual Veterans Day program and May Day celebration. Before teaching at Orchard Park, I taught general music and chorus at Van Buren for 12 years. As a traveling music teacher, I have also enjoyed teaching at Greenmont, Indian Riffle, and Southdale. This year, in addition to Orchard Park, I am accompanying the chorus groups at Kettering Middle School.

Before coming to Kettering I taught in Springfield City Schools, Fulton County Schools in Atlanta, Georgia, and Centerville City Schools. I received my undergraduate degree in Music Education from Wittenberg University and my Masters Degree in Education (music concentration) from the University of Dayton.
I have three amazing daughters and four grandchildren that I love trying to keep up with! One more is joining the group in September!

I look forward to another exciting year in music with your child!
