My name is Christy Kremer and I am teaching 1st grade this year at JE Prass Elementary in Kettering.  This is my 13th year of teaching.  I have taught 5th grade, 4th and 2nd grade and now I am excited to be teaching 1st grade.  Along with teaching in Kettering, I am a long time Kettering parent.  My husband Larry and I have 4 boys who went through Kettering schools, Kyle at Northwestern University, Jeffrey at Notre Dame, Andy working in Boston, and Luke is a senior at Fairmont this year.  In my free time I enjoy walking my dog, Misty, gardening, hiking, and working on creating new activities for my classroom.

This year I am so excited to continue using a flexible seating arrangement with 1st graders!     I am really looking forward to spending my days this year with some very enthusiastic Kettering Firebird First Graders!   See you soon in August!
