Welcome! This is my fourth year teaching at Kettering City Schools and I am very excited to work with Kettering students. I taught at Milton-Union prior to coming to Kettering as a Multiple Disabilities Teacher. Both my degrees were received from Wright State University. I graduated in 2006 with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and in 2008 with my Master's degree.
I currently teach the Community Based students in grades 6-8. This includes Reading, Daily Living, and community classes. In these classes, we practice on a wide variety of skills to include functional academics, homemaking skills (cooking, cleaning, daily living skills, etc.), and vocational skills all related to the Common Core Extended Standards.
