 Hi!

My name is Mrs. Caskey, and I was born and raised in the small town of Council, Virginia. I have a large, close-knit family that includes my husband, grandparents, parents, brother, sister, two nieces, one nephew, and three dogs.  In my free time, I love spending time with my family, playing sports, singing, and pinteresting.

I received my Bachelor's Degree from Radford University in 2013. I learned so much from my time at Radford, and it was there that I fell in love with teaching. After I student taught in both kindergarten and the second grade, I was sure I could not love teaching any more than I did in that moment. However, for the past two years I have been teaching first grade in my hometown, and I love teaching more now than I did when I first started. Teaching is truly my passion!

I am so excited to have an opportunity to continue sharing my love of learning and my passion for teaching with you here at JFK.
