Choir Boosters Fundraiser -- It's SO Easy to Help!
You all know the band has "donation day," the track team sells mulch, the PTO sells Poinsettias, etc. It can be difficult to find a good fundraiser, especially when we are all so kind as to not "step on" each other AND we all feel "sold out" each year with products galore. Safety Village

~ Kettering Safety Village ~

On-line registration for Kettering Safety Village is now open. Children ages 5 and 6 are eligible to register for Safety Village. This year features a newly built indoor village and safety lessons. The program is a fun, hands-on way for children to learn about all aspects of safety -- from personal and fire safety to bike safety  and school bus safety to understanding traffic signs and signals.

Sponsored by the Dor-Wood Optimist Club and operated by the City of Kettering Engineering Safety Section, Safety Village will have four sessions, beginning on June 1st through July 13th.  It is hosted at 3 schools this year.

The City of Kettering is also seeking volunteers for Safety Village. Volunteers must be entering grades 7-12 in the 2015-16 school year.
