Future-Ready Facilities Plan
The Kettering City School District is embarking on a transformative, 10-year Master Facilities Plan to replace aging school buildings—most between 60 and 77 years old—with brand-new, fully accessible learning environments.
Developed in partnership with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC), this plan will leverage millions of dollars in state co-funding -- funds provided from the state to the Kettering Schools -- to "right-size" and modernize the district.
The project is designed to provide modern, innovative spaces that support 21st-century collaboration, technology, and student success for generations to come.
